Eligibility and Registration
Our programs are open to children aged 4 to 12. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that your child is healthy and physically fit to participate in martial arts, fitness, and contact-based activities.
Participation and Risks
Martial arts and combat sports are active, contact-based activities. We ask parents to acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. Our team prioritizes safety and supervision to protect your child at all times.
Health and Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs your child may have. Proper protective gear such as gloves, mouthguards, and shin guards is required for all contact activities. Participation without appropriate equipment is not permitted.
Liability
While we take every precaution to create a safe environment, participation in martial arts and combat sports involves inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks. BuddyBuilders and its staff cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained during activities.
Food and Drinks
BuddyBuilders does not provide food or drinks during classes or camps. Please ensure your child brings their own water and snacks to stay hydrated and energized. We encourage parents to pack healthy options to support their child’s activity level.

Which age group are the programs designed for?

What should my child bring to a BuddyBuilders session?
Your child should come prepared with comfortable sportswear and appropriate protective gear such as gloves, mouthguards, and shin guards for contact activities. Please also pack a water bottle and healthy snacks to keep them hydrated and energized during the session
Is it necessary to have medical insurance to join BuddyBuilders??

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All fees must be paid in advance to secure your child’s spot. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start of the program to be eligible for a refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable. In case of illness or emergency, please contact us directly to discuss possible solutions.
